Experience
Co-oped with Acadia Corporation
Jan-may 1995- worked with the IDEAS application on the SGI system, two and three dimensional analysis of parts, and aided in design changes.
Aug-Dec 1995- worked in the chemistry department where rubber is mixed: used wide variety of analytical equipment, learned all testing procedures, and learned the basics of rubber compounding. My projects included making a rubber foam roll to replace a current silicone roll, and I assembled, calibrated, and ran an Instron test machine.
