COMMENT: I started the "sv.vt.edu" web site in 1992 and developed both educational and research content for the next 22 years until I retired in 2014. The intent of posting personal photos here with brief descritpions, was to share significant life events with family and friends. When I discoverd Facebook in 2006, I started posting my nonacademic (personal) content on Facebook, but kept these posts here for archival reasons.
